Ok. Now step 1, go ahead and make sure that the company you are currently using the natural shampoo from is transparent and actually all natural. Many companies do not have to or do list out every ingredient. "Natural" does not mean anything as everything is natural. We could, (but don't) put gasoline in our shampoos, and technically, while heavily processed and poisonous, is still natural. Watch your labels
Do you have a shower filter? Are you using a thicker conditioner to combat the dryness? Euro Oil or Pearl Essence? I may try the oil in combination with doing Raw Apple Cider Vinegar rinses. 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water in the shower right after you shampoo. Wait a minute and rinse.
Make sure you are brushing your hair, softly, to increase blood floor on the scalp and to spread those wonderful and natural oils you have.
Diluting the shampoos may work well for you as they can be quite strong to begin with.
Let's get to the root of the issue as 5 to 6 months for hair that is not continuously being damaged or hurt is very long.
I look forward to speaking with you further.
