Topic: protein shake
Since everyone here is health conscious, I thought to pose this question in the hope of an answer. I've recently turned out to be iron defficient despite good nutrition. I know molasses is a good source of iron but I have to take supplements anyway. In light of that and the fact that my physical activity (I work out every day) probably exceeds my protein intake, I am searching for a good protein powder to use as a shake or smoothie. Any recommendations as to good brands and where I can get them would be appreciated. Thanks!
